Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in the United States to the continental 48 states as well as Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Please note anything outside of the contiguous United States, which includes AK, HI, and PR, will have a surcharge shipping fee. We also ship to APO and FPO addresses.

How can I track where my package is located?

If you have a tracking number sent by us, please enter it on the shipping carrier's website.

W.O.W. Powered by Walk to Wellness is not liable or responsible for any losses, damages or delays due to the actions or inactions of third party freight forwarding shipping services. We are only responsible in shipping the products to the designated address.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Please email us at: walktowellness@outlook.com for a return authorization and instructions from one of our customer service representatives prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit. A return authorization must be given or we may refuse the package. Please email the tracking number along with order number so we can also track the package back to the warehouse.


No product returns will be accepted after 10 days upon delivery.

My product arrived damaged or has expired. What do I do?

If there is a problem with an item that you have purchased, please email customer support – walktowellness@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will, at our option, exchange the product or issue a refund or store credit of the purchase price, minus any shipping, handling, or processing charges.

How do I return a product?

To begin a returns process, please contact Customer Service by sending us an email at walktowellness@outlook.com. Provide us your Name, Order Number, and let us know the reason for your return.

We will send you further instructions, including the address to send your product back to via registered mail. Once we receive your returned product, we will process your return promptly. Merchandise must be returned at your expense in unopened and perfect condition in order to receive credit.

When will I get my money back after a return?

We aim to process refunds back to your card within 2 to 5 business days of receipt of returned goods.
